<p>Each affiliate marketing conference offers its own versions of networking opportunities. From casual lunches to after parties at trendy nightclubs, affiliate marketing conference attendees will have lots of opportunities to mingle, network, and have some fun.</p>
<p>AffCon 2010:<br />
AffCon 2010 in Denver held networking breaks scattered throughout each days activites, and even hosts “speed networking” sessions each day.  The conference also had not one, but two after parties following each day of the conference. WebmasterRadio.FM’s AffiliateBash Party was at Beta Nightclub Monday night, attendees were invited to celebrate the culmination of the conference on Tuesday with the PMG Superstar Affiliate Party at Church Nightclub, complete with free rides to the club in stretch H2 Hummer Limos.</p>
<p>Affiliate Summit East:<br />
Affiliate Summit East’s networking opportunities include the “meet market,” an event where vendors provide information about their products and services and merchants and affiliates can meet to discuss affiliate programs and cut deals; the Affiliate Showcase, where affiliates set up tables to convene with networks and merchants; and Ask the Experts, where merchants, networks, and affiliates can network with industry experts.</p>
<p>BlogWorld:<br />
BlogWorld hosts evening parties following each day’s conference activities, and has a networking party on the show floor on the afternoon of the final day of the convention.</p>
<p>DMA2010:<br />
DMA2010 is holding a Kick-Off party at Ruby Skye in Union Square, one of San Francisco’s most popular nightclubs, complete with world-class DJs and performers. DMA2010 will also host the ECHO Awards, which spotlight the best direct, digital, and interactive marketing campaigns. The ECHO Awards Gala, a black tie optional event, is followed by the ECHO After Party.</p>
<p>Inbound Marketing Summit – Boston:<br />
Inbound Marketing Summit – Boston’s networking revolves mostly around the showcase, an event space where the online marketing community gathers.  The showcase hosts networking breaks throughout the day, as well as networking lunches each day of the event.</p>
<p>Online Marketing Summit:<br />
Online Marketing Summit’s special events differ in each city, but each conference holds networking lunches and local association cocktail receptions, where online marketers and local OMS sponsors can enjoy beer, wine, and cocktails together. At OMS San Francisco, the Webmaster Radio Search Bash is held at an offsite location, TBA, following the standard networking cocktail reception on the expo floor.</p>
<p>PubCon:<br />
PubCon hosts PubCon Kickoff Classic and Link Exchange Tweetup in the evening on the first day of the event. Each day of the conference PubCon hosts networking lunches for Gold Pass attendees, and holds a Tweetup cocktail hour on the second day of the convention.</p>
<p>SES San Francisco:<br />
SES San Francisco will feature “Black hat, White Hat Un-conferenced”, a combined workshop-party where participants an discuss industry issues over drinks, as well as an Internet Marketing Charity Party at Jillian’s Billiards Club, a $40 open bar that raises money for charity.</p>
<p>SMX – Search Marketing Expo:<br />
SMX events always includes networking lunches and receptions. Last year, SMX East held the SMX Meet &amp; Greet at The Living Room at the W Hotel; Meet &amp; Eat Networking Lunches and Birds-Of-A-Feather Tables, where participants can gather based on specific topics on interest; the Expo Hall reception following the opening keynote; and the Internet Marketers’ Charity Party @ SMX, which featured an open bar and a raffle.</p>
<p>SOBCon:<br />
SOBCon hosts an evening networking event following registration the first day of the event.</p>
<p>Social Fresh:<br />
Social Fresh holds a networking happy hour Sunday evening before the event, as well as an evening reception directly following Monday’s activities.</p>
